Sujana Projects Ltd is constructing luxury apartments named Sujana Lake View at Puppalaguda in Hyderabad. 1.42 million square feet of space is being developed into luxury apartments in a prime land of 11.93 acres. Sujana Projects Ltd holds 100% interest in the property.
Sujana Forum
With the partnership of Prestige Group, Bangalore, Sujana Projects Ltd is developing 1.1 million square feet in a prime land of 5.72 acres at Kukatpally in Hyderabad. Named Sujana Forum this construction hosts a shopping mall, a Cineplex, service apartments and serviced offices. Sujana Projects Ltd holds 51% interest in the property, while the Prestige Group holds remaining 49% interest.
Sujana Towers
Sujana Projects Ltd is undertaking a project named Sujana Towers at Road #2, Banjara Hills at Hyderabad. A space of 130,000 square feet will be developed into shopping area and offices in a prime land of 3,920 square yards.
